Purchase not activating?

Open the MyColdKey app, sign in with the same account, then click Sync Purchases to activate.

Open the app → Settings → Sync Purchases. Your license will activate when signed in with the same account.

Still not showing? Contact support

This opens your email app with the details pre-filled. Nothing is sent automatically.

If support sends activation files, import the license token (.mck) first, then the device certificate (.dlc) — both available in the app under Devices & Activation.
