Subprocessors

This page lists categories of subprocessors — third parties that process personal data on behalf of MyColdKey LLC when we provide the Services. It supplements our Privacy Policy. We use written agreements that require appropriate security and confidentiality.

Specific vendors and purposes may change as we improve the product. We will update this page when we add or replace a material subprocessor affecting personal data. For questions, contact info@mycoldkey.com.

Infrastructure and cloud

• Cloud hosting and storage — for example, object storage and APIs used to operate accounts, licensing, optional Cloud+ sync (encrypted payloads), and related backend services. (e.g., Amazon Web Services.)

Identity and accounts

• Authentication / user directory — sign-in, account verification, and session management for checkout and the app where online accounts are used. (e.g., Amazon Cognito or comparable identity services.)

Payments

• Payment processors — card and/or cryptocurrency payment processing, fraud screening, and receipts. Their privacy notices govern payment data they collect directly.

Communications and forms

• Email and form providers — transactional email, waitlist or marketing signups, and contact form delivery (e.g., Formspree or similar).

Website and product operations

• Analytics, logging, and support tools — aggregated usage metrics, error logging, or helpdesk software, configured to minimize personal data where feasible.
