Thank you for your purchase.

Open the MyColdKey app, sign in with that account, then click Sync Purchases — same as after registering in the software.

In the app

Open MyColdKey → Account / Settings → Sync Purchases. If you just created your account on the web, confirm your email first if Cognito asked you to — then sign in and sync.

Cannot sync online?

Only needed if your device cannot connect to the internet — most users can skip this entirely and use Sync Purchases in the app.

If this machine is air-gapped or you cannot use Sync Purchases, open Account Settings → Devices & Activation → Offline Activation in the app, export activation-request.json, and contact support with that file and your order details. Your purchase stays linked to your account. Support may send one or two files (.mck and/or .dlc). If you receive both, import the license token (.mck) first, then the device certificate (.dlc). Imports happen in the app under Devices & Activation.
